VINI DUFOUR

Company

Quality, territory, and responsibility.

The Balance between Man and Nature

Our estate covers 20.3 hectares in the heart of the province of Treviso, in a setting where viticulture harmoniously shapes the landscape. In this scenario, about 1.2 hectares are preserved as woodland: a silent and fundamental presence that guarantees the natural balance of the ecosystem. The rest of the estate is dedicated to the vineyard, a green heritage meticulously cared for by our family, season after season, with the dedication of those who live the land every day.

Excellence in the Piave Triangle

The vineyards are located between Santa Lucia, Mareno and Tezze di Piave a premier territorial triangle where Prosecco DOC and Piave wines find their most authentic expression. Every bottle is the exclusive result of estate-owned vineyards: we bring to the cellar only the fruit of our own labor, ensuring total continuity and superior quality. From soil management to harvest, through to winemaking, we sign off on every step to offer a wine that is a faithful mirror of our identity.

Mareno e Tezze di Piave

At Mareno di Piave and Tezze di Piave the soils are distinguished by a matrix rich in silt and skeletal soil, characterized by a low presence of clay. This specific geological composition creates a draining and vital environment, ideal for precision viticulture.

These soil characteristics favor freshness, balance, and a marked aromatic precision in the wines. They are the qualities of choice for the Glera destined for our Prosecco DOC and our Pinot Grigio which here find their maximum varietal expression.

Santa Lucia di Piave

At Santa Lucia di Piave the soil profile changes, welcoming a more significant clay component. This particular soil density retains nutrients and the necessary moisture to give the vineyards a distinct vigor and richness—ideal conditions for the excellent ripening of the area's great reds, such as Merlot and Cabernet.

Every variety has its own voice. Our task is to listen to and enhance it.

Tradition

For us, it means knowing every vineyard, respecting the rhythm of the vine, and working with patience.

Innovation

Innovation means observing
with attention, choosing with awareness, and intervening only when necessary.

Quality

Quality does not happen by chance. It stems from a constant presence, from precise decisions, and from a responsibility that we feel personally.

The soul of the land, the excellence of the gesture.

Each of our bottles is the guardian of an integral journey: from the roots of the vines to the purity of our choices.

Pouring this wine is not a simple gesture, but an encounter with a precise geographical identity, a constant commitment, and a deep respect for environmental balance. It is an authenticity that needs no explanation: it reveals itself, crystal clear, at the first sip.
